   " Early unofficial reports state that the Euro Norm 03W/m2 Regulation is to be enforced to
   include EXISTING equipment in February 2009!. We understand announcements expected in
   August 2008...this means that all salons with equipment older than "23rd July 2007" and that do
   not not hold a passport of conformity will have to get all sunbeds modified and tested for
   conformity to meet the lower radiance limits........we will continue to monitor this and bring you
   news as we get it.

   The 03W/m2 Regulation become law for existing sunbeds in Holland and Belgium 8th August
   2008 so the information we have been given is likely to be correct.
