Update Announced On The Implementation of 0.3/Wm2 Regulations:
"From April 1st April 2009 it will be a criminal offence for any
suppliers of either New or Used (Traded) Sun
Beds to sell any equipment that is not, or has not been adapted to the
Irradience Levels of 0.3W/m2 and
is certificated."

Additional Information regarding existing salons:
"The
European Authorities agreed that not only should this new irradiance
level be applied to equipment
being traded, but also equipment already in service at salons (prior to 1
April 2009). As the original
Electrical Equipment Safety Regulations did not previously include
equipment in service, the UK
Government will shortly announce the timescale's for existing equipment
to be adapted and fall within the
0.3W/m2 Irradience levels."...... Watch this space for more information.

CERTIFICATED, and if not, plan now
for the necessary
